HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. INDICATE YOU'RE HAVING AN URGE
Press the “Urge” button and you'll get immediate help followed by "teachable moment" advice. Use Willpwr+ for a week or two, and it will learn your urge patterns. It gives personalized advice each morning in a Daily Report based on your patterns, mood state, and level of stress and fatigue. The more you use it, the more it learns about you and the more specific the advice becomes.
2. DEEP DIVE
Besides learning your urge patterns, Willpwr+ helps you identify the triggers behind those urges. Low mood, boredom, addiction... you'll not only learn what's driving the urges, but you'll also learn what to do about it. Eventually, you'll replace the bad habits with healthy alternatives. Knowledge is power, after all!
3. GET CHECK-INS TO SEE HOW YOU'RE DOING.
As Willpwr+ gets to know you, it will check in with you to obtain critical information about your mood and energy level. Knowing your urge patterns and this additional information, it offers additional personalized support and even warns you in advance of upcoming roadblocks to your progress.
